Funny "Sign"

I took my boys to Children's Hospital today for a DR visit. While we were waiting for the doctor we were looking at the art work.  What else is there to do while waiting?  We noticed the funniest sign.

Pictures on the wall

On the wall with the "regular" pictures & artwork was a plastic cover without a picture in it.  It still had the paper from Staples telling what it was.

I cannot believe somone didn't notice this and put something inside it.  We saw another one that still had the paper from Staples inside of it.
